Ingredients You’ll Need to Make Breakfast Pizza

  • 1 package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (or crescent roll sheets)
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 2-3 cups shredded cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slap Ya Mama seasoning (optional, for a little “kick”)

How to Make Breakfast Pizza Casserole

  1. Preheat & Prepare the Crust
    Preheat your oven to 375°F. Unroll the crescent rolls and lay them out in the bottom of a 9×13 glass baking dish, pressing the seams together to form a crust.

  2. Cook the Sausage & Onion
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage and chopped onion until the sausage is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease and spread the mixture evenly over the crescent roll crust.

  3. Layer the Ingredients

  4. Whisk & Pour the Egg Mixture
    In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and optional seasoning. Pour the mixture evenly over the layers in the baking dish.
