  • 16 ounces penne rigate, cooked al dente
  • 3-4 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup half-and-half or whole milk
  • 1 packet dry Ranch mix
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry) or 8 ounces fresh spinach (stems removed, chopped)
  • 2 – 2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Ingredients
