- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 4 cups broccoli florets, steamed or blanched
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup (or mix with cream of mushroom for variety)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp curry powder
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
