- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup half-and-half or whole milk
- 1 packet dry Ranch mix
- 10 ounces frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry) or 8 ounces fresh spinach (stems removed, chopped)
- 2 – 2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
- Prep & Preheat
Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. - Mix the Sauce
