  • 1½ cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup dark cocoa powder
  • Nonstick cooking spray (for greasing the pan)

How to Make Fudgy Easy Brownies in One Bowl

  1. Preheat & Melt
    Preheat your oven to 350˚F. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips (about 1 minute). Let sit 2–3 minutes, then whisk until smooth.Chocolate melting in a bowl while being stirred with a whisk.
  2. Add Sugars & Flavor
