  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch regular pie crust (not deep dish)

This chocolate chip cookie pie has been a family favorite for years, and it’s hands down my most requested recipe. It’s one of those comforting, no-fuss desserts that comes together in minutes.

It travels beautifully and freezes well, which makes it perfect for taking to a friend. But it’s also easy enough for a dinner party — just stir it together, pop it in the oven as you sit down to eat, and by the time you’re clearing plates, you’ve got a warm, gooey pie ready to serve.

We always top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It’s simple and unbelievably delicious.

How to Make a Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Melt the butter and set it aside to cool slightly.
  3. Beat the eggs in a medium mixing bowl until foamy—just enough to see a few bubbles.Beaten eggs being whisked in a bowl.
